We use this experience to work closely with food manufacturers and our foodservice customers to give them advice, technical guidance or insight into the UK dairy and world milk markets, as well as providing current trends and changing regulation in the sector.

Paul has commercial responsibility for sales across all divisions, working alongside Jamie Barrell on anhydrous milk fat and butter sales. He also has responsibility for new product development and customer service departments. With more than 20 years’ experience in the dairy ingredients sector, Paul has sales, production and operational experience.
Amy has worked in the dairy industry for 16 years, 10 of which have been with Meadow Foods. A long-standing member of the commercial team, Amy manages our key manufacturing accounts and oversees our foodservice business.
Rob has worked in various sectors of the food industry for twenty years now and joined Meadow Foods in April 2015. He's responsible for looking after and developing business with a number of the company's key accounts.
Tom is a dairy farmer’s son from Lancashire who started with the team at our Holme on Spalding Moor site in 1998, joining the Meadow Foods commercial team in 2002. His role has been to manage and build on the relationships he has with his customers, selling the full range of Meadow Foods ingredients. Tom is primarily involved with the confectionery ingredients side of the business: chocolate crumb and sweetened condensed milk.
Jonathan, joined the team in February 2015. His role entails looking after the day to day sales and management of some of Meadow Foods' small, medium and large customers. Jonathan's key aim is ensuring customers received high-quality dairy ingredients on a daily basis.
Barry started with the company in June 2019. He comes with a wealth of FMCG experience, having previously worked for blue chip companies such as Kellogg’s, Coca Cola and Mondelez. Barry has joined the business to primarily focus on winning new business to expand the companies diverse customer base.
David joined Meadow foods in 2005. He's been in the dairy industry for 30 years. Customer service & managing the finished goods logistics are his key focus. David works with a diverse customer base, ensuring their needs are met in a constantly evolving market place.
Oliver grew up around dairy and since joining Meadow Foods has spent significant time in production & operational departments, giving him a broad understanding of dairy ingredients. He is now responsible for winning new business to help grow the company’s diverse customer base.
