Our commercial team consists of seven experienced UK-based professionals, each with a wealth of knowledge, insight and experience in the dairy sector, as well as the food industry as a whole.
We use this experience to work closely with food manufacturers and our foodservice customers to give them advice, technical guidance or insight into the UK dairy and world milk markets, as well as providing current trends and changing regulation in the sector.

Jonathan joined the team in February 2015. His role entails managing our sales team and driving sales growth through our joint business planning approach. Jonathan’s aim is ensuring customers receive high-quality ingredients on a daily basis with a focus on strong customer relationships.
Amy has worked in the dairy industry for 16 years, 10 of which have been with Meadow Foods. A long-standing member of the commercial team, Amy manages our key manufacturing accounts.
Barry started with the company in June 2019. He comes with a wealth of FMCG experience, having previously worked for blue chip companies such as Kellogg’s, Coca Cola and Mondelez. Barry has joined the business to primarily focus on winning new business to expand the companies diverse customer base.
Ryan joined the team in 2020. He previously worked at British Sugar and his focus will be on driving our confectionery sales, including chocolate crumb, sweetened condensed milk and soft cheese.
Spencer has been with Meadow Foods since 2019 and has previous experience with M&S. Alongside developing our long term business relationships, his role will be focusing on driving fresh product sales.
Colin is responsible for leading our foodservice strategy, an integral part of Meadow Foods strategy. Colin manages our Green Valley Dairy and Plant & Co product portfolio.
Rosie joined Meadow Foods at the start of 2021, having previously worked at Cargill in their gourmet chocolate division. She will be responsible for managing some of our key accounts, as well as focusing on our new plant-based portfolio.
James joins the company with more than 15 years’ experience of working in the food and drink industry. In his previous role, James supplied dairy products across various sectors, including food manufacturing, wholesalers and foodservice. An experienced Trading Manager, James has previously created extensive relationships in trade across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
