We produce bulk butter and butter oils and ghee from our flagship facility in Chester, supplying to customers across the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
Our butter is churned from fresh cream to make salted or unsalted sweetcream and unsalted lactic butter, which we supply in 25kg boxes. We supply bulk butter to some of the largest food manufacturers in the UK as an essential ingredient to make cakes, pastries, sauces and soups.
Anhydrous milk fat is a concentrated butter made from fresh cream that is 99.8% pure butter fat with no additives. We can supply AMF in 12.5kg and 25kg cartons, 200kg drums, 1 tonne totes with 220V heater mats, and in bulk tankers. AMF is used as a food ingredient to make chocolate, ice cream and spreadable butters.
Concentrated butter or butteroil as it is also referred to, is made from sweet or whey cream and butter. It is available in 10kg, 12.5kg and 25kgs cartons, 200kg drums, 1 tonne totes with 220V heater mats, and in bulk tankers. Butteroil is ideal for baking and used widely in food production. Also able to blend with powders and vegetable oils.
Traditionally used as oil for cooking in many parts of Asia, our butter ghee provides a rich buttery flavour. It is available in 500g, 1kg & 2kg cans, as well as into 2kg, 3kg and 8kg buckets. Product can be with or without Ethyl Butyrate.
We use sophisticated reverse osmosis (RO) technology to produce buttermilk, as well as skim and blended concentrated milks, all supplied in bulk tankers. They are available with 26% or 35% solids and are used to make fresh products such as ice cream, yoghurt and for milk powder production.
