A graduate of the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester and a former dairy farmer, Simon understands the challenges involved in farming. Under his direction the company has achieved compound growth of more than 8% since 1995. We sell well over 100,000 tonnes of dairy ingredients per anum.
Based on his time as CEO of McBride Plc, as Chairman of Weetabix Foods Company and before that in Senior Executive roles with Unilever including Chief Customer Officer, Chris brings extensive expertise in building winning strategies in complex and challenging environments, as well as broad marketing and customer development capabilities. Chris is also Chairman of Bounty Brands Holdings and Pact Coffee.
Oliver is a partner at Exponent Private Equity and represents Exponent on the board of Meadow Foods. Prior to joining Exponent, Oliver worked for Apax Partners, BC Partners and COBA.
Mark is a partner at Exponent Private Equity and represents Exponent on the board of Meadow Foods. Prior to joining Exponent, Mark worked for Cinven and The Boston Consulting Group.
Mark is responsible for our overall performance, including managing, developing and executing the company’s long term strategic objectives and ambitious growth plans. With a first-class degree in economics, he joined the family business in 2011 as part of our management training programme. Having successfully delivered significant top-line growth and improvements in profitability, he was promoted to CEO of the group in 2017.
Damian is responsible for delivering the financial planning and reporting for our business, as well as for the company’s IT function. After graduating with a civil engineering degree, he moved into finance, spending a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an audit accountant. He joined our accounts team in 1994 before taking over as Finance Director
