Situated just outside Peterborough, this site is the home of our Fresh Ingredients and is the newest addition to the Meadow Foods family. Acquired in 2009, it is a purpose-built facility adding to the portfolio of products we can offer our customers. It is currently undergoing a £3 million investment to automate the plants, increase capacity and improve efficiency, quality and service. The processing facility is accredited to BRC Global standard and ISO 18001.
ContactHome of our Butter and Butter Oils, our Chester site produces butter, anhydrous milk fat and milk concentrates. Situated just south of Chester on the Welsh border, the site currently occupies 11 acres. The processing facility is accredited to BRC Global standard, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, Halal and Kosher. The site is also home to our head office which employs around 60 people, including our accounts, administration and farmer payments departments.
ContactOur sweetened dairy products are manufactured at our factory on the edge of the village of Holme on Spalding Moor, situated 20 miles south east of York. A dairy for more than 75 years, it is now the only factory in the UK to independently manufacture sweetened condensed milk and chocolate crumb products and more recently is where we produce our Soft Cheese and Foodservice products. It is the home of our new customer innovation centre and the 13-acre facility is accredited with the BRC Global Standard, ISO 18001, Halal and Kosher.
